In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Enzo Global (İzmir, Türkiye), as data controller, processes your personal data as described below.
1. Personal Data We Process
Your name, email address, phone number, company name and message content that you send us via the contact form, email, WhatsApp or Telegram; and your IP address and basic usage data generated when you visit our website.

- Keeping our website secure and preventing spam
3. Legal Basis
Your data is processed under KVKK Article 5/2 on the grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (c), necessary to fulfil our legal obligations (ç), and necessary for our legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).
4. Transfers of Personal Data
Our website is hosted on servers located in Türkiye, operated by Natro (Çizgi Telekomünikasyon A.Ş.). Messages you send through the contact form are delivered to our Google (Gmail) account; as Google's servers are located abroad, the content of your message may be transferred outside Türkiye under KVKK Article 9. Your data may also be shared with our business partners (carriers, customs brokers) to the extent required to provide the service, and with authorized public authorities upon request.
5. How We Collect Data
We collect your personal data electronically through the contact form on our website, email and messaging apps.
6. Retention
We keep your personal data for as long as needed for the purpose of processing and for any retention periods required by law. After that, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and deletion or destruction where legally applicable

- Object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing
